    1. No, no, this is from Minnesota. You missed nothing this morning (except, actually, rain!). I didn’t have any new material to post today so I published something I wrote a couple years ago. I’m sneaky like that.

  4. You are a brave woman. No running music here, it’d probably kill me…lol. I only ever intend to run if I get scared of something like a snake or I’ve got to clear the area from a bomb…lol. I’m more of a slow paced yoga gal. Just like serene no words music to do it by. 🙂
