A day in the life of a Happiness Engineer: Tuesday

  1. I like the idea of getting up at the crack of dawn and drinking tea in the quiet kitchen….but generally I wake up, realise I have only another half an hour until the alarm…and go back to sleep. Bed is the most comfortable place in the world when you have to get up.

  2. So happy to hear that you’re writing again! I’ve been reading some of your other posts (at the risk of sounding like a stalker) and you write so beautifully that it would be a shame to let that go. 🙂

  3. I, too, work from home and can totally relate to your day and the differences in your days and the feeling of “slacking” off if you take a walk on your lunch break or run to the store, etc., but we are more productive if we take breaks – and would likely waste more time in “the office” chatting with others, going out to lunch, etc. I love my work from home life. It gives me so much more work-life balance also – throwing loads of laundry in, prepping dinner sometimes while listening on a conference call, etc. Thanks for sharing your day. It actually sounded quite productive!
